04. Citizenship
Below are the most basic criteria for citizenship. Each person's circumstances are unique. To find out if you are eligible, please contact us for a FREE consultation.

Naturalization, if any of the following apply then you may be eligible to apply for citizenship:

You have been a permanent resident for 3 years or more and have a US citizen spouse.

You have been a permanent resident for at least 5 years.

You served honorably in the US armed forces for at least 1 year.

Children Born Abroad, if any of the following apply then the child may already be a US citizen:

If a child is born abroad to at least 1 US citizen parent.

If a lawful permanent resident child (green card holder) is under 18 and resides in the US with at least 1 US citizen parent.
