02. Humanitarian Based
The following are some of the humanitarian based services that we provide and their most basic criteria. Each person's circumstances are unique.To find out if you are eligible, please contact us for a FREE consultation.

Victim of human trafficking (T-Visa): you were brought to the US and forced to work for little or no pay or forced into prostitution.

Crime victim (U-Visa): You have been the victim of a crime that took place in the US. Please note that female genital mutilation/cutting is a crime (you may be eligible even if the mutilation/cutting occurred abroad).

Temporary Protected Status (TPS) if you are from:

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS): You are under 21 years of age and you have been neglected, abandoned or abused by at least one parent.

Battered Spouse (VAWA): You are the husband or wife of a US citizen or permanent resident (green card holder), and your husband or wife has been abusing you in any way. *Do not let your husband or wife know that you are talking to an attorney.

Battered Child (VAWA): You are not married and you are the child under the age of 21 of a US citizen or permanent resident (green card holder), and your parent has been abusing you in any way. *Do not let your parent know that you are talking to an attorney.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA): If you received DACA you can renew it. However, new DACA applications are not being accepted.

Registry: You have been present in the US since Jan. 1, 1972 or before.

Liberian Refugee: You are Liberian and have been present in the US since Nov. 20, 2014 or before.You must apply by Dec. 20, 2020.
